‘Seniors Real Estate Specialists® or SRES® and Accredited Senior Agent or ASA designees are REALTORS qualified to address the needs of home sellers and buyers age 50+.  The SRES Council and ASA awards the SRES® and ASA Designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program and passed the exams.  By earning the SRES® and ASA Designations, we have demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major lifestyle transitions involved in relocating and selling the family home and we are prepared to discuss with you the options and information needed in making life changing decisions.  In order to become an agent with ASA, (Accredited Senior Agent)or SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialists®)one must have good character, several years of experience, be passionate about working with Seniors, and adhere to a strong code of ethics.  We have knowledge of housing options available to Seniors, communities, interest groups and health care needs often associated with mature age.
